Hilary Warner Hilary Warner

Hilary qualified in 1992 from Edinburgh and joined the practice as a veterinary assistant in 2006. She went into partnership with Sarah Lloyd in 2008 and then became the sole owner in 2011. Hilary initially started work in a mixed practice, but for the past 14 years has worked solely with small animals. Hilary has a special interest in pathology, and gained an intercalated degree whilst at uni and an interest in Cardiology gained her RCVS Cardiology Certificate in 2006.
Polly Miller Polly Miller
VN, Clinical coach

Polly has been a qualified veterinary nurse for 9 years and has been with us since 2006. As a clinical coach, Polly helped train both Brydy and Rachel. Polly is currently on maternity leave and gave birth to her second child, Harvey, in January 2012.
Jane Francis Jane Francis
Head RVN, Clinical coach

Jane started nursing at a veterinary surgery in Beccles, Suffolk in 1985 and qualified in 1987. She worked at a few different practices in East Anglia before joining Broadland House in 1992 and has been the head nurse for many years. Jane is responsible for supervising and organizing the nursing team overall, and is also a clinical coach to trainees and work experience students. Jane has lots of pets of her own and has a special interest in rabbits and tortoises.
Kate Jarman Kate Jarman
Student Nurse

Kate joined us in August 2011 and is currently doing her training at Easton College. Kate has also worked at Anchorage for a year as an auxiliary nurse.
Tracy Brooks Tracy Brooks
RVN, Clinical coach

Tracy trained at Broadland House in 1995 and qualified in 1998. She left the practice in 2002 to study behaviour at Lincoln University and gained her degree in 2005. In 2008 Tracy returned to Broadland House and is also a clinical coach.
Vicky Lawes Vicky Lawes
RVN

Vikki qualified in 1991 and joined the team in 2009. She currently helps us out on Thursdays and also works at a pre school in Hickling
Brydy Crane Brydy Crane
RVN

Brydy qualified in 2010 after joining the team as a student in 2008. Brydy has a particular interest in exotic animals and regularly looks after injured wild life at home.

Practice Administrator

Bev has worked with us since 2006 and controls the business side of the practice. Bev deals with the client's accounts and pet insurance claims. Bev also works closely with Hilary to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Maria Maria
Practice Cleaner

Maria joined Broadland House in 2007 and is a very much needed and appreciated member of staff. Maria is responsible for the cleanliness of the building and performs various duties everyday.
